SHIPPING & RETURNS

 All orders will usually be processed within 24 hours of order confirmation, except on weekends and holidays. Shipping rates, charges, and delivery times will vary depending on the products ordered and quantities. Carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS have alternating schedules and delivery cycles that Lemyn cannot predict, but most orders will be shipped from the storage location no later than 48 hours after order processing.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Lemyn purchase, please contact our customer service center at 1-805-468-8250 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time) and simply return the purchased products within thirty (30) days of delivery. Please note that all promotional products, including free samples and gifts with purchases, must also be returned. We will be happy to credit your account for the amount of the purchase.

We recommend returning all products unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered. Please send your return(s) via USPS, FedEx, or UPS for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. We’re sorry, but return shipping fees are nonrefundable.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, and its content(s) rendered unusable, please save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-805-468-8250 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time). The carrier will be notified of the damaged package and the defective items will be replaced as soon as possible.
